Return Policy
At DTB Golf, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition you received them. They must also be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Please note that custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@dtbgolf.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
