FORGED TOUR WEDGES
YOUR WEDGE IS HOLDING YOU BACK
Most wedges are cast. That means molten metal is poured into a mold to form the clubhead. It’s a fast and cheap way to build wedges at scale, but it comes with trade-offs.
Cast heads often have small air pockets or internal inconsistencies. That throws off the weighting, reduces feel, and makes performance unpredictable across the face. You lose feedback at impact, and you lose confidence around the green.

YOU DON'T KNOW FEEL UNTIL YOU'VE PLAYED FORGED
Each DTB wedge starts as a solid block of 1020 carbon steel. It’s then shaped using intense pressure to create a tighter, more consistent grain structure across the head.
Forging produces a club that feels smooth, solid, and connected. You get better feedback, better control, and better performance on every strike.
This is how the world’s best wedges are made. And it’s how every DTB wedge begins.
THE FEEDBACK YOU'VE BEEN MISSING
After forging, every DTB wedge is finished with CNC milling. The face and grooves are cut with extreme precision to tour-level specs.
This gives you cleaner contact, consistent spin, and reliable performance from any lie.
The result is control you can count on. Every groove is sharp. Every line is exact. Every edge is built to help you stop the ball where you want it.

"Best wedges I’ve ever used, I love the look and feel and was very impressed with the consistency, both in full shots and around the greens. I will be adding a third wedge very soon. Couldn’t recommend more!"
